DETAILS:
The original painting was very large (roughly 36"
x 44"). It was painted on canvas, which very challenging
because Larry hadn't worked on canvas for several years.
The client (who was very patient) loved the final product.
Larry likes how the blue dragon really stands out against
the ochre/orange cliffs. It was done in 2007 for a private
contract. The client and several of his friends have
a long running AD&D game. Each person in this painting
represents a character in their game. Trying to rob
a dragon is always dangerous...
Canvas Giclees are limited to 500 and are all signed
and numbered by Larry with gold paint.
